Campground Regulations

Lake George Campground

For the enjoyment of all our guests, we ask that certain rules be observed. Campsites are rented to families, defined as father and/or mother, legal guardians and dependent children 16 years and under. One unit per site, except dependent children with their own tent. Others must acquire their own site. Check out time is 1:00pm. Quiet time is 11:00pm and campers are asked to be on their own sites by 12:00am (midnight). Campfires should be extinguished by 1:00am. Visitors must register at the gate, park in the visitors' parking lot and vacate the park by 11:00pm. The beach closes at dusk and the picnic area at midnight unless otherwise approved. Glass containers are not permitted on the beach. No alcoholic beverages on the beach or picnic area. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and any droppings must be cleaned up by the owner. Pets are banned from the swimming area. There is to be no feeding of the ducks or geese. Safety, legal and insurance considerations dictate the banning of fireworks within campground boundaries. No campfires during restricted fire periods. We reserve the right to refuse access. We cannot be held responsible for accidents, injury or loss of property. Operated by the Harvey Improvement Association. If you have any questions, concerns or complaints, please contact a campground attendant or supervisor. The campground phone number is 366-2933. Please note that all park staff represent the Harvey Improvement Association, and have full authority to ensure compliance with campground regulations. Failure to adhere to regulations could result in eviction.
